It’s time to turn the page to a life FULLfilled.

I am so glad that you have found your way here. You see, I know what it is like to be shackled in guilt and shame, feeling hopeLESS and purposeLESS. BUT, I also know the freedom of those shackles being broken and beginning to live a life FULLfilled. I have my good days and I have my bad days. I have had some pretty dark days as well. I don't know what type of day you are having, but just know that many of us have been where you are, and there is hope to make it out.

Who is Caris Snider?

This is a tough question to answer. I am still trying to figure all of that out! Anyone else feel that way?

My family and I reside in the great state of Alabama. If you know what “Roll Tide” means, it is yelled proudly through the hallways of our home. I graduated from the University of Alabama with a Child Development degree. I have been married to my husband, Brandon, since April of 2004. We have two beautiful daughters, Zoe and Allye. We also have a fur child that joined our family in December of 2017. His name is Cooper...Cooper Hashbrown to be exact, and he is a Mini Goldendoodle.

I have been traveling the country as a speaker virtually and face-to-face for almost ten years. Encouraging groups of all ages and sizes to grow in their faith and mental health fills my cup.

God guided me down the path of being an author back in 2018 with a small 10 day devotional. I had no idea what He was up to and even argued that it was the wrong road for me…I was reminded very quickly that the Lord never makes a mistake. Since that year, I have published 5 books with 1 coming in 2024.

I started a podcast in my car for moms since my life is lived in the car line of school, activities, and hanging out with friends. I thought other moms might be feeling the same stress I was and would need some encouragement in the every day struggles. Car Line Conversations has been an unexpected joy for me to record each week.

I don't get a lot of free time, but when I do, we love to travel. We especially love traveling to Disney World!

My Story

My story is long and still growing like all of yours. I will say this....depression, I have been there....anxiety, yep, there too....fear, pain, shame, failure, being told you are not enough, feeling not enough, wanting to leave this world, wondering if I had let God down, feeling hopeless, worthless, purposeless...all those things are part of my story. I'm sure at least one of these has found its way into your story.

So that is why on this website, everything you find here is here. I want to help and share and let you know that it is ok to take the mask down and be real. We are all real women and girls with real struggles, so let's share them and our journey together.

Yes we do have real struggles, but there is real hope and I have experienced that hope. God is with you today where you are and He has somewhere special to take you. He has something unique for you to do.

We are going to do those unique things together. We are going to wait on Him, trust Him, cry out to Him together. It is time to turn the page and come out of the miry clay and sing a NEW song, friends. A life FULLfilled is waiting for you.
